Mr. Diulio thrives when advocating for his clients in the courtroom or the boardroom, but also greatly enjoys the role of counselor advising and educating his clients. He takes the time to learn about clients’ objectives and to provide strategic and creative legal solutions to meet those objectives.
Mr. Diulio has over two decades of experience litigating for clients ranging from the largest global corporations to sole proprietor start-ups and individuals. Mr. Diulio represents individuals and entities as either plaintiffs or defendants. Mr. Diulio’s practice focuses on business disputes, contract breaches, employment disputes, trade secret, securities and derivative litigation, merger and acquisition disputes, and whistleblower and false claims act litigation. Mr. Diulio has represented entities and individuals in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit, to trials and arbitrations, and even before the courts of appeals. He has represented individuals and companies in many industries, including real estate, technology, pharmaceuticals, health care, medical devices, home building, accounting, banking, restaurants, manufacturers, and education.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Diulio served as clerk to Judge Christine O.C. Miller at the United States Court of Federal Claim in Washington, D.C. He then worked at international law firm Gibson, Dunn& Crutcher as a litigation attorney before co-founding litigation boutique Ford & Diulio. He now brings his 20-plus years of civil litigation experience to The Diulio Firm.
Awards
Mr. Diulio was recognized as a Rising Star in every year from 2009 to 2016 by Southern California Super Lawyers Magazine and Los Angeles Magazine. This distinction is awarded to only 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40. He is also rated “Superb” by Avvo.com.
In 2024, Mr. Diulio’s firm was awarded Law Firm of the Year by the Veterans Legal Institute in recognition of significant pro bono service to veterans.
Mr. Diulio is a lifetime member of Million Dollar Advocates and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates in recognition of the millions of dollars he has obtained for clients.

Community Involvement
A native of Orange County, Mr. Diulio is a member of the Board of Directors for the Orange County Youth Sports Foundation. Mr. Diulio previously served as commissioned officer in the California State Guard (Army), where he was assigned to the Judge Advocate General (JAG) Detachment at Joint Forces Training Base Los Alamitos. In this role, Mr. Diulio advised commanders and soldiers in all aspects of civilian and military law. Mr. Diulio has also previously served as a volunteer Deputy District Attorney through the Orange County District Attorney’s Trial Attorney Partnership program where he conducted several jury trials.
